03Meet our founder
Jeffrey M. Pollock, M.D. is a Professor of Radiology with subspecialty expertise in neuroradiology. He graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University (B.S., 1997) and earned his M.D. from the University of South Alabama (2001). He completed residency and fellowship training at Wake Forest University and holds board certification in Radiology (2006) and Neuroradiology (CAQ, 2008).
Dr. Pollock has authored nearly 70 peer-reviewed publications and has contributed to numerous academic and scientific endeavors, including patents, grants, and invited lectures. His clinical and research interests center on advanced MRI techniques including perfusion imaging (ASL and DSC perfusion), functional MRI (fMRI), diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), MR Spectroscopy, and head and neck imaging.
He has held leadership roles at OHSU, including Director of MRI, Director of Functional MRI, and Director of the Neuroradiology Fellowship Program, and was recognized as Teacher of the Year (2010). He is a Fellow of the American Society of Functional Neuroradiology, serves on national ACR panels, and is a senior member of the ASNR. He also provides expert consultation in medicolegal neuroimaging cases.
